I called in this morning for an emergency appointment and the staff welcomed me with no problem within an hour . I arrived at the office and it was spotless, calm and pleasant. Reception was great from the temperature check to filling out the paperwork and making me feel comfortable. Stephanie was warm and friendly and made me feel at ease. For an emergency visit I saw Dr . Messer and Dr. Strober both were great they explained the procedure with no problem. Overall, I have found my new dental team ! They are all very friendly, accommodating and very courteous, my hygienist Tina as always, manages to keep me calm and at ease every time I get to sit in the chair before she proceeds to do her work on me. ( I have a very sensitive gag reflex; not a big dentist fan )
