They live up to their name “Gentle” and conservative, Dr. Messer is an excellent dentist and puts the patient first not the invoice. You can always do more if necessary.

Dr. Heiss you are the best!! I have been going to this dental group for 30+ years. I felt lost when Dr. Messer retired. But let me say that Dr Heiss is an amazing dentist. Not only is she EXCELLENT at what she does professionally but she has the best personality and sense of humor!! She is just awesome!! Woke up with a problem with a tooth. Was able to get an appointment right away. Dr. Hiess was fantastic. Diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done. She made sure I was comfortable and fixed the tooth. I highly recommend her.

I've had some work done on my teeth over the years and have always considered Dr. Strober, Margaret, and the rest of the staff to be courteous, professional, and thorough with their work. If I had any issues with some of the procedures, they would ask me to come back so they could find solutions or adjustments to the procedures. I'd recommend Gentle Dental to anyone interested in going to a dentist with great service and professionalism.
