Dr Hiess is amazing. I recently had extensive oral surgery in Mexico, could not afford US rates. I requested three appointments within two months with Dr Hiess with concerns regarding the results of the surgery. They took me in immediately, taking care of me. Dr Hiess is an amazing human being and a true professional, always nonjudgemental, never a word of criticism for having my procedure done in Mexico, instead reassuring me that everything was healing well. Her personality fits perfectly with the name Gentle Dental Care. Not only am I a client for life I will refer whomever I can to Gentle Dental Care. Heck, I may even go buy some posters today and place them all over the neighborhood😁

Both my hygienist Jill and Dr. Heiss were very thorough and spent a good amount of time explaining some issues they found. Betsy also took time to explain insurance coverage with me. I’m appreciative of their thoroughness..
